This one is a short story and a good one at that. there is quite a lot of zombie stuff out there at the moment in book and in film so whenever someone writes a zombie story I step back afterward and ask myself the question "will I still remember this one six months later?" the answer to that in this case is yes I will.I think there was enough here for me to say I like it. getting any kind of attachment to a short story can be difficult because it is short but for the two main characters there was enough here. I think it had to do with the imagery of the two men having seen so much but thinking about their childhood and how it had all been so different before the zombie invasion. you see a sort of vision of before and then the during part of the horror and I liked that.
this one does what a good short story should do; it made me think about wanting to read a full length novel from the same author. I would gladly do so too

Zomboro Virus edition by Brenda Dyer Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
This short story has the potential to be a great novel. The characters are good, the storyline is good, but there just isn't enough of it. All the elements are there. Had I known how short it was, I think I'd have passed on the purchase.
This is a very good quick read. The ending came way too quick! I wanted more. The characters are engaging the plot moves along, you really feel like your there. One won't be disappointed with this read!
This was a really short story but I did enjoy it. And the fact it was free was great. There weren't many zombies just the inside look on a soldiers side of the fight. It seems like a good start to a longer story. I will definitely look out for the next book.
Man! I'm reading through this, getting into the story and the characters and then, WHAM! it's over.
I gotta read the description and the page counts closer next time!
So, where is the rest of it? I WANT it, now, please.

This short story was pretty gripping. I enjoyed it and I really hope there is more to come. Thank you
I'm not a zombie stories fan and I got this short story just because it was for free. I didn't expect much from it and I didn't anything extra. I would say just regular zombie story, no new ideas, thoughts, nothing. I think even short story can be written catchy and interesting, but this isn't that case. My recommendation is to go and try something different thou for zombie fans it might be ok.
Set in Canada, in a time when a virus that was released by the United Nations in terrorist camps, but as it always does in zombie stories, spreads out of control and across the globe. This tale is written through the eyes of a soldier who along with others is ridding towns and cities of the infected. His brother is a scientist who is trying to find a cure. It's an okay read but nothing that hasn't been done before. Plus I really found it hard to care about any of the characters since we had no build up to where the story starts, dropped straight into the middle of a battle in a British Columbian town.
If Zomboro Virus is still free or a cheap read it is worth a go, but it's too similar to a heap of other zombie fiction to pay much for it.
